What is obstructive sleep apnea

Obstructive Sleep Apnea is a breathing disorder related to sleepiness. Because of this, breathing stops and moves repeatedly while sleeping. In this disease, the person’s breathing stops in sleep and he does not even know. This problem of stopping breathing in sleep can last from a few seconds to 1 minute.

Due to this, there is a lack of oxygen in the blood and carbon dioxide starts accumulating. When this happens, your brain gets activated and wakes you up for a few seconds so that you can open your airway. However, waking up from sleep is for such a short time that you do not remember it.
